Dude - speak to the person that offered you the job - get on the level with them and talk about your issues. Let them know your concerns and you may be able to negotiate some compensation for the expense of moving - they may know somewhere you can stay - ask if you can spend a week working from home on a trial basis to see if you think the move is worth it.
NEGOTIATE -- sell yourself, show them you have the balls to get what you want.
