some of you make it sound like snowboard companies are rolling in dough... they aren't. the industry is not that great... hence why companies are getting bought up left right and centre buy big corps or ski companies.
salomon beit are in a bit diff leaugue but i highly doubt they have the same buget for their snowboard division as they do for skis. from the outside the snowboard industy looks all glitzy and that people are making huge dollars when the reality is that only a few do very well... most the others scrape by and/or are in huge debt... how much money do you think pro's make... only a small handfull make real good money being a pro.
