I agree with the statement that religion is a cause of war, but I also agree that war would exist anyways even without religion.
Religion, I believe, does NOT exist for the purposes of criticizing the beliefs of other religions. Or at least not in the case of Christianity, as I am not as familiar with Judaism or Islam. Religion *should* give us something positive to believe in, and should guide us to resolve our differences rather than criticize and start wars.
Anyways I just think the muslim religion is ridiculously hypocritical, being that if you were a christian in a muslim country you will be punished, and if you're a muslim in a christian country you can do whatever you want.
Of course, nobody has the balls to say anything about it anymore because they're all afraid of being labelled a "Nazi." But before you go and call me a racist, look at what the radicals in the middle east are doing: capturing reporters, tourists, and working persons and slicing their heads off because they are on muslim ground. If we cut the heads of muslims that are in "non-muslim" countries, it would be considered barbaric but these "crusaders" are heros in their countries.
Once again, how f*cked up is that???
