Hmmm, it's interesting. I don't think that the majority of Black's will ever turn to the Republican Party.
However, if I'm Black (African-American) I take a hard look at the Dems and say. "Hell, I live in a damn ghetto/project or close to it". Why not see if I can make some money and support my family through a different agenda? It cannot hurt, no where to go but upwards, right?
With that being said, I'm not sure Bush's agenda, whatsoever, has anything to do with their success.
I guess, to me, it's more about the graces that are handed out to people, regardless of color. Free education if you want it, etc., etc. Take advantage of it and stop living on social benefits. Stop being lazy asses and work.
