if ya guys end up getting it, if you don't care about packaging, grab it off of valve software's Steam servers. this way, none of the money goes to Vivendi, and it gets pumped back into the development studio. It's a decently quick download, plus it screws Vivendi's bad ways. (and saves the environment from foil stamped, embossed, laminated paper! yay!)
