Yeah man, iTunes is up to date and I had nothing serious on my pod, I restored that bitch like literally 5 or 6 times in a row - the thing is that when it says its restoring to factory settings, thats not really true - it maintanes the latest software update, and I do believe when I updated it to the last 1 or 2 updates THATS when it started shitting on me - I guess I gotta go waste my damn time and bring it to the Apple store - what a waste of an afternoon (f******ck!)
