i've done tix for several smaller shows... we just made them at kinkos on an uncopyable stock - astrobrights rocket red will turn out black if you try to copy it - and just used a pattern in the background that would be a pain in the ass to edit out if someone scanned it... then hand numbered the tix and kept track of which ones were sold where + which ones were used at the door... both shows were a max of 1000 tix, so that was feasible...
