Great thread guys!
My 2 cents.
In a way I like one-page-folios cause it's so easy to just view & scroll. In another way I don't. Cause I like to focus on just one project at the time and perhaps have some slides from the same project, and if there is other pieces above and below that steals some attention.And if you aim to get a job with your portfolio at an agency i'm sure they appreciate some kind of innovative portfolio that works well with the content in it and you're not just being lazy and put the cases in there from top to bottom.
One-page-folios are good if they're done well with a nice grid and good typography.
But I still think I prefer portfolios like this:
As simple as one-page-scrollers but this only show one case at the time.
Or maybe even as simple as this:
