I had a tree frog that climbed into a container that held Miracle Grow and water, the plants in his cage were growing out of it. He couldn't get out. I found him a day later fully sumbmerged and bluish colored.
I wrapped him in a moist paper towel to revive him. i thought he was dead and bloated, but it was worth a shot.
About an hour later he was awake and fine, but still a bluish tint.
That was three years ago and he outlived all the other frogs... go figure. He's still hangin.
