To my astonishment, last week my very first boyfriend found me on the Internet. We wrote back & forth for a couple of days, & after nearly a decade of no correspondence, we spoke on the phone just moments ago...
My how different our lives have been, how far I've come. He has three children now, he's been married & divorced, been in jail a number of times, been on a drinking & drug binge for many years...
I don't think I'll ever talk to him again, but what a strange few days it's been.
