I was very glad they avoided the usual pop culture references (i.e. dumb-ass catchphrases like "who let the dogs out" or things like that). I think it will hold up over time, it's an awesome movie.
I took my daughter to see shark tale, and it was unbearable to have to sit through two hours of will smith spewing out every catchphrase of the last five years.
she slept through an hour of it, but was awake for the entire Incredibles.
