depending on how the site looks you can actually resample an 72 dpi screenshot to a 300 dpi file. i've printed 72 dpi screenshots once for a package design, resampled it to 300 (without actual resizing), converted it to cmyk and looked perfect. you can also just print 72 dpi file. again, depends on the site, if it has photography it can become ugly.
