The Zero RC missions/sub-story nearly had me smashing my PS2 into a thousand pieces - the character was irritating as was the handling of the RC vehicles. But apart from that it's amazing!
To get the jet, head to the airport in LS, follow the fence round until it becomes a wall (somewhere near the south-east), jump onto a car and over the wall. Head back west to find the jet.
