man, that sucks.
i have/had a client that terminated their contract with me and are trying to negiotiate my invoice. they said they received 3 proposals that were all cheaper than my invoice, so they're thinking that legally binding contract can be negotiated... they should have read the 'termination' section of the contract, which pretty much puts the ball in my court. it's like if you asked a plumber to put a sink in your bathroom, but once it was in, you decided you wanted a whole new bathroom, and told the plumber "yeah, i'm just gonna pay you 1/10th of what you're charging me because it's not what i want anymore"bitches
