the way I buy my macs are:
- buy the latest model
- work on it for a year or sometimes two
- sell it on ebay for only 200.00
- buy a new latest modelin the end the computer cost me 100.00 a year to sort of lease- except my dual 450 which I kept, it is my favorite working machine- 4 years old now and runs fast and nice...
My wife's Dell - $1,000 cheaper, and a 2.0 MHZ compared to my dual 450-.. two years old. bad hard drive, CD drive wont work half the time, and it is filled with adware and all kinds of crap..
my machine is still kicking...
It aint about processors-
It's about RAM and cache...unless your a scientist.
