Yea, because nuclear bombs don't level cities??!!
What the the fuck is that...seriously, ducking into your fucking garage when the nuke hits isn't going to help you. Even if you do survive, you will likely grow a few extra arms due to the radiation - or, just die.
You do have to admire Bush's continued support for the web and internet technology though. I mean, he is taking an active role in using the web for something other than selling t-shirts or making flash experiments.

I don't know if that is a good thing or not, exactly, but at least he acknowledges it's potential.
