good luck swollen. i'm 2 days out from my show myself.
not to take over your thread but i'll ask a quick question. more than a few people from here have emailed me asking to see my before and after pictures.
basically starting 14 weeks out from this saturday, each sunday i'd take a front and back picture.
starting at 190 and now being 158 the change has been dramatic.
so. should i post them?!? i'm in my underwear for gods sake. i absolutely normally wouldn't but i have seriously gotten about 20 emails from guys and girls asking me what they should do, and if they can see them. i'm sure some people think i'm just full of shit, but whatever.
so. should i?!?
i guess i'm a bit scared that someone with photoshop is going to do whatever, but shit, i guess i need a good laugh anyways.
