cardio every day (first thing in the morning) for 45 minutes to an hour. Do some crazy 1 to 1.5 hour cardi on on saturday and sunday. Cut your sodium intake more and more everyday until you are taking in very very small amounts the last couple days. Do the same with water. Cut down on water intake everyday for the last 5 days. caffeine on the last day or two to help you piss out the excess. Fiber now, then lots of salad next week to push every thing through. cardio twice a day next week also...
