sweet, ok so i'm now on 5 small meals a day, salads, bananas, tuna, chicken salad (no mayo in both) 2 to 3 liters of water a day, 2 tea's a day, and 35 to 45 minutes of cardio a day...this weekend i should get more done...
my goal is looking brighter and brighter!
only thing is that it doesn't help that it's my brithday this weekend and i'm having a big fuckin party. i'll just booze on a few gin and tonics and smoek weed. this will be safe. yes?
