  just FYI -leah-
  FirstAve in minneapolis closed it's doors two days ago. they've been hinting about it for years, but ironically, on the day that you wanna see a show, it'll be dark:-(

  other venues around the area are trying to book the same shows that first ave had, but you might want to check out the city pages (http://citypages.com) to see if they have any idea on where the shows are gonna be....

  sad sad time for mpls music
  hopefully it'll reopen under new owners soon
