    just got in. here is what i think.

    yes you can lose 20 but it won't be healthy or easy. you can lose 5-8 alone in water.

    start by eating 5-6 small meals a day. 200 - 300 calories. drink 2 - 3 liters of water starting out, and a week before he/she arrives cut it back to only a liter.

    cardio 45 minutes a day will help and to be honest, a laxitive will get out a few pounds too.
