I usually overcome these feelings of inadequacies by posting irrelevant nonsense on pv-an. I pretend they're not really self-serving meanderings but actually clever absurdist one-liners which no one gets, cos I figure that I am way too clever for anyone.
Now if you excuse me, I need to tweak some bevels and add some drop shadows.
