start with either olive oil or butter, your preferred choice, then - let that simmer in pan while you prepare the garlic, dice garlic to fine lil bits. while garlic is caramelizing, dump your tortellini into the boiling water... when the tort is 3/4 cooked, add in your onions and red peppers, lets that simmer until the tort is cooked, now, drain the tort and dump in fryer, (not too hot, like 5 or 6) lets that slowly crisp while you heat the sauce, (your choice) but mine is spicy. then, once sauce has thickened, add the chopped old cheddar, (much as you want)...mmm, now, let everything cook for a few, until you think you are ready for the next step, which is: add the sauce to the frying pan, not the other way around... now while the dish is basting, add some cooking wine. toss until every last tort noodle is saturated, let sit for a few - serve. my cats name is francesca, and her meal consists of three portions, 1 wet food, piled and mashed, and 1 part dry foor, and the other is dry treats mixed into the dry food, i love making her meal as she meows under her breath. i love my kitty dearly.
oh yeh, pepper and dill weed in the sauce.
