try using different fps like 61, 63, etc and see if it helps.
I've only noticed a difference in the flash environment and a browser plugin with really intense stuff. Try firefox or netscape - maybe a plugin re-install.
take out some of your graphics - see if it helps, then you'll know it is the graphics (even if they don't seem intense, there may be some math neede, espcially with bitmaps)
