Kuz - i get what you are trying to day, and i admire you for it, but i think you're wrong.
the word chav, and sites like chavscum, aren't insulting upstanding citizens who just happen to have a thing for wearing burberry caps. the majority of the chavs are - as anyone in the uk who has had the bad luck to run into these people - are stupid, foul mouthed, lazy, anti-social neanderthals who want everything for nothing and steal or take from the state as much money as they can, which they then spend on stone island clothes, burberry caps and disgusting jewellry.
if i was to walk to work tomorrow wearing a burberry cap, i wouldn't be a chav. its the whole package.
