I have some points against your design:
.the logo, the name and the pay off are nice if taken singular, all togheter are graphically messy, in italian I would say "they punch each other" dont know if it make sense.
.using a script typeface for the name is dangerous! Is never clear and difficult to remember. Apart from coca cola cant remember other script name logos (note that coca cola is now called coKe and lost the script typography)
.if you want to stay with your design idea take in consideration to uniform the inclination of the logotype and script typography, now they have different degrees of inclination and looks weird.
