  I like the general layout. Although it is, as Dutchboy said, a bit played out, I think in this case it is not bad done.
  But I don't like the header font and the menu font, gotta change them.

  F.ex. for the header fonts I would choose something without hard edges, but sth. smooth...
  For the menu something more simple and not that bold.

  Just my 2¢.

  Oh, and the respect area is nicely done, but a bit too big.
