No major changes, just rearrange the palettes so I've got more atuff available than with default. I suppose it's relative to what I'm workin on as well, different layouts for different jobs to work quicker/easier.
One thing though is I use the 'palette well' on the right hand side of the tool/info bar, it's the grey space with nothing in it, try dragging any of the palettes there and their tabs operate like pull-down menus.
I keep my navigator window up there but much enlarged to make it more useful and my history palette.

Also seperate my channels palette off since I work in RGB and use the channels for making selections.
