got the album the other day. its good but not "stand-out great".
mind you sometimes albums have to grow on you.
i do like the multiple layers and the really dirty drums in some of the tracks.
as for the suicide note bit, well thats what the press has picked up on and if you read any reviews of the album it states it is a kind of suicide note.
elliot might not have meant it as a suicide note, but his record company are certainly pushing it as one.
- and i bet it shows in the sales of the album
