it looks like you want to force your designerskills on them.. it really feels you tried real hard; too hard to be honest.
please think of a button, think real intense and translate it into a unique visual icon or guideline for your type..
try to have a conceptual approach. ditch the design trends. erase them from your mind for a while.
and yes, the text is way too small inside that button..
and the text is indeed too complicated and not saying button at all.
a button is a simple usable thing... define it further.. the meaning od button...
then apply these definitions to your design.
