not sure if this is what you are asking, but... i THINK what you wanna know is:
make a background color, then on top of that make a line (one pixel by however many wide) that is black. one pixel above that line, make another that is lighter... like grey or whatever.
one pixel below the original line, make a line that is white.experiment. it aint hard... IF that is what you were asking.
