call your ISP and let them know that you can't access the site..
i beleive it has something to do with your ISP's DNS server..
because your browser looks to that, to find sites quicky...
they may have something screwed up in their DNS .. this happened with me a couple of years ago.. and i called them and they fixed it.. it's nothing local though i don't think..maybe also look for your hosts file.. and make sure that it's not in there for some reason..
