Dman! how come I always miss the good threads. I just had to go to the gym and cook myself dinner. This is great. Good luck on that contest kOna_anOk... I have done that dieting sh*t before and I wanted to slap everyone I saw... I never competed before so big ups to that. And big ups to having a cool girlfriend. I've gotta get one of those...
On a more disgusting note, I have seen a soft porn mag (I picked up at the Olympia Expo out here in Vegas 3 years ago) that featured hardcore bodybuilding chicks and all I can say is that ain't no bean down there; it's a thumb! :x
