the bg gradient/footer elements are all tied to a mc that is being controlled on the y axis to accomodate the current section...i cant think of a tutorial off hand, but try going to http://www.flashkit.com and searching for sliding, or easing to point...whatever you dig up, you are going to probably modify it a bit...
