nice.
the text left and right of that divider should have more space... be more moved towards edge, me thinks.
also the star on the clowns face looks a bit too geometric... make it more look like it really is on the face.. (more curvy)..
also why the eyes etc. in such a light stroke? how does it look when somewhat darker/heavier??
