  I guess the best would be have an amount of different css classes randomly trigered through php or javascript in the area you define the href ..
  can be inside the
  [a href ="yoururl.com" class= your random jscript function / php function ] link here [/a]

  I guess it might be easier to php include a random script inside the < a href tag
