    cntrl / alt / delete... take a look at your applications running, you can usually recognize the little bastards by their names which look similiar to. Wuzkljz.exe. K, Keep that open then open your System32 folder located in your Windows directory. C:/Windows/System32. Sort by type so you can view your EXE files. When you find something in your Applications that you think is spyware, right click it and End Process Tree, right after that you have to delete it out of your System32 folder super fast because it will re-launch itself under a different name if you're not fast enough. I was able to get rid of all my spyware that way, but they run again when I reboot, but I rarely reboot so it's okay..
