    Kono you see what you failed to realize is that YOU were the idiot in all this. you should NEVER follow the car infront of you so closely that you are unable to brake before hitting it. In this case YOU would have been found at fault by the insurance companies 100% no matter the outcome. LOL.

    This exact scenario happend to a firned of mine in which he simply followed the car in front of him too close. When that car braked because an oncoming car turned left in front of it, my friend rear ended the car that braked. We all thought the fault would go to the car that turned left but it actually went to my friend because he was dumb enough to follow to close.

    and this is exaclty why america is going to hell in a hand basket. people like you living in a bubble not thinking that anything could possibly be your fault. lol.
