Basically I did a bit of research on this bloke Ian Beard and found alot of resentment against him (he has obviously fucked off alora people)
And then spoke to Nominet about him. They said that they were aware of him but could not do much. I asked if I could prove that he did not live at said address would they release the domain, they said yeah.
So I, with the intention of going to knock down his door, prepared for a dispute.
It then turns out that Nominet received a letter from the Royal Mail saying he no longer lived there.
Nominet are obliged to try and contact him but said if they fail our domain shall be released in 30 days.
What you need to do is write to them and and say that you are aware they received a letter for from the royal mail and wondered when they are going to relase your domain.
