on the other hand, if actual streetart and/or graffiti would contain a combined gps/bluetooth unit with an low radius which will send you a signal when you're walking by it, letting you know: hey you, pssss, i'm overhere, i'm delta. it also sends the gps data to your gps unit so you can keep track of all the work.
then again, you would trash your phone when you would be in amsterdam, berlin or new york etc.
