i refuse to do any less than $600 US, even for smaller bands, its just so time consuming.
when i first started out i did 2 or 3 for $300 which was a nightmare, just turned into such an ordeal.
once you hit up big labels you can get a considerable amount of money, but then again, once you are dealing with majors there are so many cooks in the kitchen that you want to put a bullet in your head.
