    you talking about the 'ethical' dilemma?

    well... it's still a dilemma... but it may be working itself out on it's own.

    I spoke w/the old boss and felt him out on the situation w/out revealing everything... and also made the client very aware that I'm extremely loyal to the old boss...

    .. so I think the client will approach him for me... and we'll all work together on it.

    I'll find out mon. or tues.
