depends on how much experience you have, how much you want something in your portfolio and how much creative freedom you have with the project. sounds to me if you are asking what to charge and especially since you were thinking 75 - 100 then you might want to stick with that. Get the experience and try to get a decent portfolio peice out of the deal.
