it's an acoustic mirror used for sonic warfare i think. (either that or its to reflect radar or similar).
i did a quick look about on google cos i was looking for the tanks that the KLF bought and kitted out as sound systems.
these tanks though were designed as sonic weapons. ultra low frequencies are given out from them and seemingly it can dio anything from make an enemy feel nausious to shaking their insides up so much they die.
nice eh? ;)
