Indeed, having guns is the problem, not the solution. In ireland it is illegal to carry a gun, period. most cimes are commited by herroin addicts brandishing seringes, point being that thugs will use whatever is available to them. The only gun you are aloud to have is a shotgun for hunting, and strangly enough, nearly all gun related crimes are made using sawn off shotguns, not revolvers. Which proves the point that whats in circulation is whats abused. Try concelling a 4 foot double barreled shotgun from someone.
Also in america you are not aloud to drink alcohol from an expose container, only from a brown paper bag... Has that stopped kids from drinking?? No. Proving the point again that by hiding something doesnt make it go away, the problem still exsists. But a can of budweiser cant kill someone for 200 feet.
I love USA by the way, I just think is too fucken big and theres alot of extremists pushing important buttons.
