Im sorry man, but your site is not going to work in the way of getting work and/or projects from possible clients.
I do like your concept, but to my opinion the execution of a nice concept failed. Changing the typeface alone and maybe changing your colors into a dark background with gray and white typing in a bold-pixelfont would do alot for you.
Its just an idea. Good luck!
