The saga continues...
I just met with the claims handler at my insurance company. Allegedly the woman suing me--the total now up to $100,000 and not the $25,000 I originally mentioned--was in a previous accident, which she was awarded 1 million dollars for.
Once that was paid out, suddenly she decided that the "tap" that she allegeded in the deposition regarding my accident was much more serious, and she got her doctor to change his original diagnosis to conform with her scheme ( i wonder if he's getting paid too) . Not only that, her husband is suing me too for having to "nurse" his wife (the summons actually says this) in her debilitating condition...
This lady is a professional shark, a scam artist, a two bit floosie, and my insurance company is onto her, and hopefully they'll flex on her like Eddie Murphy in Harlem Knights, when he had to shoot Delia Reese in her pinky toe because she didn't know when to leave things alone....
