haha exactly rabattski..
i am sorry to hear it but that is exactly one of the reasons i would never like to live in the hypertensed US of A. Everyone is sueing everyone, like you cannot solve things the easy way.
I am sooo glad we did not adopt that part of your culture.. yet.
sorry for the rant, but i think the situation is plain ridiculous.
