hehehehe radical I know vespa, but I see two possible solutions...
1. Treadmills - multi-storey buildings with row upon row of treadmills, each powered by an obese, they run until they no longer pose a cost to society.
2. Fat furnaces, if you won't power a treadmill you get fl;ung in the furnace. Fat has a very high calorific value and as such releases vast quantities of energy when incinerated.
two of the biggest problems facing the developed world cancel each other out.
