Funnily enough the program called 'DVD Audio Ripper' is what I use and it works very well. You can rip from 80kbps-320kbps..it does the job quite well.
I've only used it for ripping my 15-20 music DVDs so I can't say how well it rips movie audio but it shouldn't make a diff.
